  • The Distortion of Definition
    Feb 9 2026

In today’s conversation, we look at a more nuanced layer of the not-self by examining the “distortion of definition.” Rather than focusing only on conditioning in undefined centers, we explore how external pressure, rejection, and early-life dynamics can also contort or suppress the very life force that is meant to be consistent and reliable within us.

Through practical examples and channel-level discussion, we consider how innate capacities can become redirected by the insecurities of openness, how roles in families and groups can hijack natural energy, and what it means to reconnect with our own inner intelligence. Themes include self-abandonment, right relationship, empowerment through circuitry, and the difference between healthy expression and compulsive performance.

Ultimately, this episode invites a deeper inquiry into deconditioning, not only as letting go of not-self strategies, but as restoring trust in the specific, living intelligence of one’s definition and allowing it to move with greater ease, clarity, and authenticity.

  • Spotlight: The Art of Seeing and the Evolving Human Design Landscape
    Feb 2 2026

Our spotlight episodes explore current themes related to Human Design. They are intended to support both newcomers seeking understanding and experienced students seeking clarity, depth, and a renewed perspective.

In this episode, we reflect on the rapidly evolving knowledge landscape in the age of widespread online resources and AI. We discuss the shift from information delivery to meaningful human connection, the importance of digestion and timing, and the value of meeting people with what is most relevant about their design in the moment. The conversation also explores the growing need for embodied wisdom, seeing before doing, experimentation through recognition rather than rules, and the role of practitioners as companions.

The episode closes with an introduction to The Art of Seeing series, a collaborative practicum focused on synthesis, lived experience, and the development of one’s own authentic voice and perceptual style in working with the Human Design knowledge.

  • Spotlight: What Does It Mean to Experiment?
    Nov 6 2025

Our spotlight episodes explore the core principles and concepts of Human Design. They aim to provide grounding for newcomers to the system and a reminder of what is simple and essential for those who have gone deep into the details.

In this episode, we explore what it truly means to “run an experiment.” We discuss shifting from belief to direct observation, applying Strategy and Authority practically, and learning through comparison, trying something, returning to baseline, and observing what actually changes. We also examine common pitfalls, such as going to extremes, moving too fast, and turning the chart into an identity. Ultimately, experimentation is a personal process of gaining clarity, making honest adjustments, and allowing understanding to develop through lived experience.
