I have found out that when a person is able to make up his mind, all the good things hapen, life becomes interesting, growth becomes inevitable. By contrast, indecision is a serious killer of progress. I truly enjoyed taking my mind through this fascinating episode, I looked into this subject through historical, religeous, political, social and cultural lenses.

This week On Human Bound Podcast, I explore a situation that everyone has been through at some point. There question is; HAVE YOU EVER BEEN STUCK?

The reality of the matter is, we get stuck, with a person, in a relationship, in an emotion, in a process, whatever it is, we get stuck at some point and that is not a good place to be. There is nothing worse than watching the world move on pass you, knowing that the clock waits for no man. So How do we even get to that place where we don't know how to get out? what happens when we get stuck? What do we do when we get stuck?

I explore these real questions through lenses available to me. Lenses such as history, psychology, Religion, and contemporary culture and realities.

It is amazing how we keep repeating the same story of the past and assuming the characheter thereof. The story of sinners and devils finds its genesis from the story of Adam and Iblis, both of them defied Allah, yet one became the devil and one became the prophet. HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? AND HOW DOES THAT FIND EXPRESSION IN OUR LIFE STORIES?

Here is the truth, fight is inevitable, because of human diferences. But is it all together bad?, what does fighting mean to you? can you still have a good relationship after a fight?, why did the prophets engaged in fights?, what does victory mean to you?

I explored these questions through cultural, political, military, religious and social dimensions, relying on human nature, history, and religious text. I believe, a good fight builds raher than destroys. This is an opinion held by many great generals and statesmen.

If you lose people, relationships, and a good part of yourself after every fight, then you don't know how to fight a good fight.

This week on Human Bound Podcast, I explore the question; WHAT DO YOU DO IN EXTREME SITUATIONS?

We think we know people, and even ourselves, until extreme situations set in to disrupt that thinking, and all of a sudden we start to realise the other side of the nice picture we hold. Extreme situations have a way of bluring the line between good and evil, right and wrong, moral and immoral, which is why a great respect is always accorded to anyone who is able to hold himself together in such situations.

What I intend to do, in this episode, is to stimulate the compationate side of us, so we may understand the actions of people even if we disagree with them. I believe compassion helps us relate better with people and, indeed, makes us consciouse of our weakness as humans and propensity to slip and do worse than the people we despise. Using historic, religious, cultural, and social accounts, I explored the question with keen interent in how deeply we are bound to our humanity. This and more on HBP

THIS WEEK ON HUMAN BOUND PODCAST,. I explore the question; WHAT DID YOU LEARN?

This question is a rather interesting one, especially when mind is given to the fact that the behavior of many of us is one that suggest lack of learning despite geing through advert situations. Think about it! It is ridiculous to think people don't learn. Everyone does, but the problem is, many people take the wrong lessons, hence, their propenisity to repeat same mistake over and over again while expecting different outcome.

In attempt to explore this question, I looked back an episode in African history, the tragic life of Patrice Lumumba of the Congo, his trials and tragic end, seeking to ask the question; what did we learn from that and similar episodes in our history.

I looked further into the dimension of human social relationship and how learning wrong lessons could make social life almost impossible.

THIS WEEK ON HUMAN BOUND PODCAST, I explored the two most important points in our lives, Birth and death.

I made the argument that non of us was consulted before he was born and non will be consulted before death takes him.

Imagine being asked before you are born; Do you want to come into the world? Which part of the world? Into which family? in what age in the history timeline? I, further, argued that the does not operate on fairness, and that disappointment will always be the awful lot of anyone who approaches life under the assumption that it would be fair. Thus, I propose that life is operated on JUSTICE.

This week on HUMAN BOUND PODCAST. I explore the question ''ARE WE SAFE?''....

In the wake of the current global turbulence which shakes almost every aspect of our lives, be it social, mental, emotional, economic, political and even existential, it is only natural to worry about safety. As always, I look into these questions in a spirit of curiousity, as I believe we as humans have more legitimate claim to curioousity than we have to knowledge. I that regard, I shared some thoughts about the worrying escalation of the Bawku conflict in our dear Ghana and how security failuire cannot be an option. Meanwhile, the turbulence, equally fatal, is the shaking grounds of our social institutions which is on its way to undermine the very essence of what it means to be humans and to have a good human experience.
