Každé ráno to začíná stejně. Než stihneme otevřít oči dokořán, otevřeme obrazovku. V kapse vibruje svět, který od nás nikdy nechce pauzu – a my mu ji málokdy dáme. Posíláme vzkazy, lajkujeme fotky, bezmyšlenkovitě scrollujeme, až ani nevíme, co vlastně hledáme. Digitální svět nás baví, spojuje, učí… ale taky pohlcuje. A někdy ani nepoznáme, kdy se z nástroje stane pouto. V tomhle dílu se podíváme, jak snadno se naše prsty a hlavně mysl mohou stát závislými. A jestli z toho kruhu vůbec existuje cesta ven.
