Today we will dive into how accountability builds a strong foundation to self-confidence and confidence in general. I have struggled with self-esteem, confidence and self-love in the past; but I have learnt to put myself first and realise that nothing is wrong with me and that no one was judging me as negatively as I was doing to myself
