With over 20 years scaling founder-led brands, Aileen has advised 300+ businesses, delivered international keynotes, and delivered talks to the London School of Economics, and Strathclyde Business School. She has been a panel judge for Scottish Edge Entrepreneurial competitional and mentored over 50 business leaders. She has co-authored Voices of the 21st Century and her thought leadership has been featured on global podcasts including Womens Speaker Association, Leadership Torque: Waymaker, and Womens Leadership Summit for WYN Conferences.
