About this listen

Welcome to today’s episode on Its’s A Given Podcast. Today I’m talking about taking back your power. By re-programming your negative self-talk. Are you someone who has low self esteem, anxiety, or catastrophizing (believing that you’re in a worst situation then you really are, exaggerating your difficulties). Negative self talk sounds like this “I can’t do this”, “Why even try?”, “I’m going to make a fool of myself”, you are internally shaming yourself for having an idea or putting yourself out.

I tell you this because i to suffered from this voice. It impacted my everyday life in many ways my mental health, physical health, and relationships. It’s not a good feeling to have and what if i told you i cured myself from this voice (if not I wouldn’t have the confidence to be starting this podcast). But YES i did! And i almost always thank myself for putting in the effort to change. You can to, i want you to be your most loving- highest self. As my friend here on plant earth, I’m telling you take control of your mind and I promise you your mind will do the rest. It’s not rocket science what I’m going to teach you but it is magical, the results you get after.

1 thing I must say I will share with you the tools I found to cure Negative self talk - into Positive self talk- but you will need to apply it into your daily routine.

This podcast is your friend in creating your new Positive Self-Talk!
