About this listen

In the latest episode of the Simply Fit Podcast I have the pleasure of speaking with Ken Cox.

Ken is an author, entrepreneur, and advocate for personal transformation.

Ken is someone who’s been around alcohol his whole life.

He had his first drink when he was around 7 years old and only knew a life where alcohol was present.

Unlike many people with addictions, Ken was very aware that he was an alcoholic and surprisingly found a lot of benefits to remaining this way.

This was until some serious health challenges came his way and he seriously had to rethink his strategy to become sober and stay sober and this changed everything.

In this episode you can expect to learn:

Why it’s important to stop identifying with your addiction and choose a new identity.

What type of trade offs you may need to accept if your vice is giving you certain advantages.

Along with what Ken did when he reached the hardest stage of his sobriety journey.

So without further ado, Ken Cox.
