In this episode, I’m sitting down with Chris, a former 1:1 client who just graduated the Built By Balance program after losing close to 20 pounds and completely changing how she approaches fat loss in her post-menopause body.

Chris did OrangeTheory for seven years, built great workout habits, ate what she thought was a solid “healthy” diet, and still found herself gaining weight and getting more frustrated by the month. Eventually, the diets that used to work stopped working, the cardio-heavy approach stopped feeling good, and she hit her line in the sand.

We break down what actually changed when she stopped trying to outwork her body and started supporting it: less stress, smarter training, better fuel, and a Build phase that made fat loss feel possible again.
