So many of us are going through the significant loss of a loved one either from Covid-19 or for other reasons. I wanted to share some encouragement with my audience regarding how I am handling the transition of my Sweet Gran. It is not easy, but I believe that we can get through the holidays successfully by implementing healthy tips and focusing on the good in our lives.
