I share my personal journey of how prayer, church, and gratitude keep me connected to my purpose and how drifting away from those practices can feel like losing focus on the bigger vision. When we stop moving spiritually, we can fall into distractions or get weighed down by the superficial. But when we stay connected to God and aligned with our values, we step back into clarity, healing, and love.
