    Darian shares with you his take on the issue of food in America. Its easy to cite fast-food, candy licorice, soda, processed foods and sweets as terrible for your body. The misconception is that switching to healthy food is better especially over time with physical fitness.

    Darian feels people are not adequating looking at the marketing of food is not equivalent to an individuals genetic habits. A person can have an eating disorder and nothing will change by switching from sweets to salmon and smoothies. Also take into consideration that some people approach dieting from relative pop culture outlets. You think that keto diet is good for you because a million social media users post about it. That diet could birth severe medical problems if not reviewed with your physician and your own personal investigation into your family genetics.

    America is not the only place with bad food, but, it is the place with the MOST bad food.
