About this listen

Part 2 is here!

This episode has been published and can be heard everywhere your podcast is available.

Kristina Hart is back and welcomes friend, actress, writer, producer, Tiktoker Kiersten Lyons to the podcast! They talk about Kiersten's accidental entrance into a Los Angeles cult, navigating Hollywood at such a young age, the heartbreak that brought her to her lowest, and the unexpected highs that followed.

Here is Kiersten's bio, in her own words:

"Here's a good rundown of ME

I'm like if Tina Fey and Taylor Swift had a kid and that kid grew up to save herself for marriage (well after losing her virginity to her first boyfriend and then finally realized romcoms aren't healthy and real love isn't when a guy changes for you and maybe the nice guy she ghosted is actually amazing). Throw in some trauma informed training and you have me: Surprisingly witty and irreververtantly wholesome.

Ten years ago a huge Hollywood manager told me to tell people I'm Lena Dunham, but with her clothes on, and I did, for a while - but to be honest I do the work in therapy, and am not narcissistic so I refuse to use that way to describe me now."
