In opdracht van Theater Luxemburg, Antwerpen schreef ik Rover, dronkeman. De première in Vlaanderen vond plaats op 5 januari 2001 in HetPaleis in Antwerpen, de Nederlandse première was op 21 januari 2001 in De Brakke Grond in Amsterdam, met Elke Dom (Ondine) en Chris Lomme (Moeder/Vrouw), in een regie van Arlette Van Overvelt. Voor het stuk componeerde Chris Carlier de muziek, die hij ook live uitvoerde. Uit de voorstelling is dit Het Roverslied.
