  • In this episode, Ross Anderson is joined by Canadian winemaker – Mark Hopley from Hester Creek Estate Winery in the beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. Mark has been the winemaker at Hester Creek since 2013 but has been making wine since graduating in 1997. 

    Hester Creek have been a regular participant in the Global Fine Wine Challenge since Canada joined in 2016, representing the top 120 wines produced in Canada and going up against the finest from the other New World Participating Nations. Hester Creek specialise in Pinot Blanc, Trebbiano and Cabernet Franc, amongst other varieties.
