Welcome welcome back to The Urban Village. We are here kicking off the holiday season with everyone- are you ready for Halloween??!! We ARE!! 

 We also have a special guest with us in studio today - Kim Fisher - founder, creator, speaker with Brown Girls Meditate. She's joining the conversation to help expand on some of the common pushing points we'll experience this season and unpacking some healthy ways to arm ourselves for the holidays. The COVID cover is over for the most part and life has resumed a version of normalcy.
