A hemofilia é uma doença hemorrágica. Pacientes com hemofilia não têm fator de coagulação, por isso não conseguem, ou têm muita dificuldade, em estancar sangramentos. O que muita gente não sabe é que esses sangramentos podem ser internos e acometer as articulações e os músculos. E isso causa muita dor, além de inchaço e dificuldade de locomoção se não for tratado.
Juliana Conte conversa com a médica hematologista Dra. Ana Clara Kneese do Comitê de Hemostasia da ABHH (Associação Brasileira de Hematologia, Hemoterapia e Terapia Celular) sobre o assunto.
