 Nov. 7, 2025 ~ The metro Detroit nonprofit Jarc recently kicked off its fall fundraising campaign by announcing that it will look to raise $1.2 million to support the nonprofit’s programs and services for adults with developmental disabilities in metro Detroit. CEO Shaindle Braunstein joins Michigan Voices. Spaulding for Children, based in Southfield, Michigan, is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to finding and supporting permanent families for children in the foster care and adoption systems.
