About this listen

In this episode, I speak from a raw and vulnerable place. After being guided to record twice, I realized Spirit had a message that needed to come through just as it was meant to.

What I share with you today is my personal experience of sitting with Death in ceremony—a presence that came to me cloaked in red, full of silence, peace, and unconditional love. Through her, I relived the passing of loved ones, felt the grief of my ancestors, and witnessed the pain of death across generations and nations. It was almost unbearable. And yet, in the depths of that sorrow, I was shown the beauty, the purpose, and the love that exists in release.

This journey taught me what it truly means to be a death doula, to walk with those who are transitioning—not in fear, but in remembrance, peace, and reverence. Death is not our enemy. She is an ancestor, a guide, a loving face we meet again and again to help us return home.

If you’re walking through grief, feeling lost, or seeking to understand what lies beyond, may this episode bring you comfort and reflection. And if you’ve ever wondered about the mystery of death, perhaps this will help you see her, too—not as an ending, but as a sacred return.

With love,

Millie
