    In this episode I'm catching you up on some "life lately" before offering three practical things that you can do if you're embarking on a health journey and aren't sure where to start. Tips mentioned in this episode:
    1. Begin by making the decision to change FOR REAL. Make a commitment that, no matter what, you will do whatever it takes to heal and thrive.
    2. Create a compelling vision for yourself. Get clear on what it is that you want to be different and focus on what you'll do with all of your extra time and energy when you've achieved your desired health goals.
    3. If you haven't committed to eating a whole, real food based diet for at least 30 days--start here! No wheat flour, no sugar, and no vegetable/seed oils.
