Hey, I am Tara faith led wellness coach who loves an addict. I spent nearly 20 years trying to fix my loved one while neglecting myself.

I failed at setting boundaries for myself out of fear and guilt . I used chronic dieting and binge eating to cope with a situation that I could not control. I was ignoring many signs my body was giving me that it was burnt out. I did not feel that anyone understood what I was going through.

My body began to rebel against everything I was doing and I finally realized that loving him did not mean I needed to neglect myself.

I shifted my focus to my health and wellness. I learned to listen to my body., fuel and move my body for energy and stress management. I leaned on scripture and most importantly I set boundaries for myself that were not always easy but were critical for my well being.

If you are ready to cope with your loved ones addiction by setting healthy boundaries, learn to nourish and move your body to reduce the stress that it is under, lean on scripture, and understand the importance of focusing on your health and wellness.

This podcast is for you!

So take a deep breath and throw on your walking shoes and let's focus on you!
