Calese Crowder – arguably the worst person in Southern California (and that’s saying something) – is at it again. He’s a man who has been caught multiple times "sniffing women" in various retail establishments. And, as of July 22, he was caught doing it again.

In 2011, Michael Darnell Bell, a 25-year-old, is found by CHP officers in a car on the side of the I-5 freeway. It's 3:00 AM in the morning. His car is out of gas.
