About this listen
On this birthday, I don’t just celebrate life—I reclaim it.
This is the story of how I became Ayni, the Medicine Woman.
A story of pain, power, and the path to healing.
Of breaking ancestral cycles.
Of choosing truth over roles, and soul over survival.
In this episode, I share the sacred phases of my life mission—
A living transmission unfolding from 2025 to 2030:
The Remembering. The Rebirth. The Expansion.
This is not a template.
This is a ceremony.
A call to every woman who’s ever felt small, silenced, or forgotten.
May this story help you remember your own.
- What version of your “Higher Self” have you been striving to become — and does she feel honest?
- Where in your body do you feel your truth most clearly? Your no? Your yes?
- Can you recall a moment when your real Higher Self whispered through discomfort, not perfection? What did she say?

ABOUT RACHEAL | AYNI THE MEDICINE WOMAN
Racheal, known as Ayni the Medicine Woman, is a sacred space holder, intuitive healer, and guide for women seeking to remember who they are beyond the roles they’ve been told to play. Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the rhythms of the menstrual cycle, and the sacred art of energetic healing, she gently leads others through deep emotional, ancestral, and spiritual transformation.
After 12 years of giving endlessly in a marriage that left her depleted, Racheal reclaimed her truth through a journey of self-remembrance—learning to honor her needs, rest before collapse, and receive with grace. The name Ayni came to her during a time of great inner winter, as a sacred reminder that healing happens through balance: between giving and receiving, strength and softness, self and others.
Today, she supports women in embodying their truth, reconnecting with their cycles, and creating space for their own care—so they no longer break themselves to serve the world, but rise from overflow.
