    On today's episode of Hangout with Sujata, Joe Petroski, joins the show to tell his colourful tale of stories. Joe, founder of Profoundly Living, LLC, is a healing facilitator, intuitive coach, and the creator of Profound Power Healing Techniques. In the 1990s, Joe became gravely ill, emaciated, and on supplemental oxygen. After 6.5 years of failed medical treatments, he was sent home to die.
    Through a fated meeting with 35th-generation Grandmaster Dr. Kam Yuen, Joe experienced rapid healing and later became one of Yuen’s top instructors. Joe was then encouraged to develop his own unique techniques — focused on fast, lasting transformation.
    Today, Joe helps clients around the world recover from trauma, transcend limitations, and live more fully — emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

    Hangout with Sujata is back with a new episode featuring Tina Bakehouse. Tina started her own company Tina B. LLC to provide intuitive communication consulting and coaching to guide heart-centered leaders and organizations internationally to communicate more effectively. Tina B. is a published author of Discovering Our Magnetic Speaker Within and has more than 20 years of teaching communication and theatre, including 10 years at Creighton University. Previously, Tina B. worked in human resources, nonprofit communication strategy, and marketing and storytelling for a bank. She holds certifications in holistic psychotherapy, Keirsey Temperament, 5-Levels of Improvisation, and has a master’s degree in communication studies from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Northern Iowa: one in communication studies and psychology and the other in English teaching, speech, and theatre.

    As a former Walt Disney Cast Member, Leadership Iowa participant, and TEDx speaker, Tina B. is passionate about educating others to become more self-aware and enhance their authentic speaker style through her individual coaching series, transformational team building workshops, and keynotes in improvisation, storytelling, temperament, and communication to analyze speaker style, craft clear content, and deliver messages that matter on any stage.

Thong Sue-Yen is Director of the Career Services Centre and Assistant Dean of the School of Engineering at the Nanyang Institute of Management. Sue-Yen often says to the people around her, it's never a "no", only a "how". Engineer, entrepreneur and educator- Sue-Yen has donned various corporate hats while juggling the domestic responsibilities of being a daughter, a wife and a mother. Sue-Yen embraces life for all its 'good, bad and ugly', but enjoys most of all being known as the "Butterfly Whisperer". Sue-Yen advocates that perhaps it is from the butterflies that we can draw wisdom for the most basic of life lessons, and believes that the world is a beautiful place if you choose to look at it for the beauty it holds.

    Sujata is joined by the wonderful and effervescent company of her good friend Janet Sosna on this edition of Hangout with Sujata. Janet Ruth Sosna, DC, CCSP, is the longest practicing chiropractor in Singapore and is considered one of the pioneers of the chiropractic profession in the Asian region. She is one of the founding professional members and a past-president of The Chiropractic Association (Singapore). She is also considered a leader in the profession in Asia and served as president of the Asia - Pacific Chiropractic Doctors' Federation, a regional grouping of national chiropractic associations, from 2007 -2015.

    In 2013, she embarked on a project to open a pioneer clinic in Colombo, Sri Lanka, which began treating patients in May 2014 and is the first full-time chiropractic centre in the country.

    As well as her extensive clinical experience, her academic experience includes a 1-year clinical teaching post at Parker College of Chiropractic, Dallas, Texas, USA, and previous adjunct clinical faculty posts for intern supervision with several Australian and American chiropractic institutions. She has been an adjunct clinical lecturer at International Medical University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

    A feminist since the age of 6, she has always been involved in women’s organisations. In Singapore, she is one of the longest active members of Singapore Business & Professional Women’s Organisations, where she is a past president and a current board member. She is the Immediate Past President of the Federation of Business & Professional Women (Singapore).

    She is a naturalized Singapore citizen and was born and raised in New York.

    She is an experienced public speaker, whose talks on chiropractic and other natural health topics are recognised to be both informative and entertaining.

Efah started her leadership journey in the Singapore Armed Forces fresh after graduating from Temasek Polytechnic. As Singapore’s First Female Combat/Infantry Officer, it was tough for her to overcome the various challenges leading men in training and battle simulations. She has trained alongside other men and trained over 5000 men during her 15-year stay in SAF. Having had to shoulder the responsibility of the lives, welfare and training of her subordinates, the army and the invaluable experiences has taught her to lead by example, excel in everything she does with pride and integrity and always overcome adversity with courage, fortitude and determination.     Today's episode of Hangout with Sujata features the brilliant architect of a burgeoning international culinary empire; Simon Rogan. Simon is an internationally renowned, award-winning chef, recognised as one of the pioneers of the farm-to-table movement. In 2002, Simon opened his debut restaurant L’Enclume in The Lake District village of Cartmel, with a focus on hyperlocal and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant currently holds three Michelin stars, the top spot in the Good Food Guide and five AA Rosettes, as well as the top ranking in La Liste with Simon Rogan being the first British chef to achieve this. In 2017, Simon was recognised as the AA chef of the year, and is currently vice president of the Bocuse d'Or UK team.Simon opened Rogan & Co, his second venture in Cartmel in 2008 which won its first Michelin star in 2018 and currently holds three AA Rosettes.

    In 2016, Simon launched Aulis Cartmel, a six-seater chef’s table experience. In 2011, Simon established Our Farm in The Lakes, which provides the restaurant group with high quality, sustainable produce. A London outpost of Aulis arrived in October 2017 as a stand-alone dining destination, a twelve-seater chefs table experience in central Soho. Simon expanded his restaurant portfolio to Hong Kong, opening Aulis in January 2019 and Roganic in February 2019. Roganic Hong Kong was awarded its first Michelin star in December 2019. Simon opened Henrock in October 2019, an informally elegant restaurant set within Linthwaite House, a contemporary country house hotel in the heart of the Lake District.


    In 2020, in response to the global pandemic, the group launched Home by Simon Rogan, Simon's delivery offering, providing regularly changing three-course 'at home' dining experiences created in The Lakes. In 2021, Simon's efforts towards sustainability were recognised with the newly introduced Michelin green star, awarded to both L'Enclume and Roganic Hong Kong. In 2022, Simon opened a Hong Kong-based bakery and natural wine bar The Baker & The Bottleman. L'Enclume was awarded its third Michelin star, the first restaurant in the north of England to do so. This coincided with the group celebrating 20 years since Simon opened L'Enclume.

    In early 2023, he expanded his portfolio to Valletta, Malta with the opening of ION Harbour by Simon Rogan. This was followed by an expansion into Thailand with the opening of Aulis Phuket in December of the same year.
