Hamnet is an attempt to tell the story of how William Shakespeare's son inspired the famous play Hamlet. Mostly, though, it focuses on Will's wife, Agnes, and her story. Mike explains the story of Hamlet from the perspective of The Lion King, since that's the only thing Ethan has ever seen.
