🌿 Welcome to Meditation & Anxiety Relief: The Good Place

This podcast was born from real meditation practice inside Marisha’s quiet yoga studio, where she has spent the last 10 years teaching meditation, yoga, mindfulness, and gentle breathing techniques.

After a decade guiding students in person, she now wants to share her meditations with anyone who needs peace, grounding, and a soft place to rest their mind.

The Good Place is our shared sanctuary — a space dedicated to meditation and to living with less anxiety, more clarity, and more compassion.

To support you on this path, the podcast offers two types of episodes:

🧘‍♀️ 1. Guided Meditation Sessions

Marisha leads you through different forms of meditation, always slow, warm, and deeply intentional.

Throughout the series, you will find:

  • Encounter Meditation
  • Compassion Meditation
  • Body Scan Meditation
  • Yoga Nidra
  • Morning Meditation
  • Sleep Meditation
  • Breath-focused practices
  • Grounding practices for moments of overwhelm

Each guided session is designed to help your body soften, your mind settle, and your nervous system move toward balance.

🌱 2. Teachings: Living a Calm and Mindful Life

These episodes explore the ideas behind the practice — the philosophy, the psychology, and the small habits that help reduce anxiety and create a more peaceful way of living.

We will talk about:

  • How to understand anxiety and calm the mind
  • How mindfulness transforms everyday life
  • How to let go of mental tension
  • How to cultivate compassion and resilience
  • How ancient meditation philosophy fits into modern life
  • How to build emotional balance step by step

These teachings are clear, simple, and practical — meant for real life, not theory.

🌿 Together, We Build The Good Place

The Good Place is more than a podcast.

It is a community space — a quiet corner of the world where we learn, breathe, and practice together.

Your presence, your listening, and your participation help us build this sanctuary.

Every episode is a small stone added to a shared foundation of peace.

Welcome to the Good Place.

We are very happy you’re here is my very interesting podcast

    EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Welcome back to Meditation & Anxiety Relief — The Good Place. In today’s session, Marisha guides you through a gentle practice of anchoring and the qualities of mindfulness, helping you settle into the present moment with warmth and simplicity. We begin with a soft arrival, checking in with your mind, your heart, and your body exactly as they are today — without judgment and without pressure. From there, we return to the breath as a safe home base, learning to rest attention where breathing feels most clear and reminding the nervous system that, in this moment, there is nothing to fix and nothing to solve. The practice then explores three essential qualities of mindfulness: welcoming attention that makes room for sensations, sounds, and emotions; presence, the clear feeling of being alive right now; and intentional return, gently noticing distraction and coming back again and again. This episode is especially supportive if you want to calm an overactive mind, reduce anxiety naturally, feel grounded during a busy day, reconnect with inner steadiness, and cultivate a kinder relationship with your thoughts and emotions. You may finish this session feeling lighter, more stable, more open, and quietly connected to yourself. Thank you for building The Good Place with us — together we create a calm, supportive space where mindfulness, compassion, and emotional well-being can grow.
