  • Alright, so new focus for the month of February: growing up with a narcissist. Throughout February, I’ll be talking about how growing up with a narcissist has affected and damaged me in ways that I am trying to unlearn to this day. I’ll touch on attachment styles and trauma responses on later episodes. Generational trauma is a real thing and hurt people hurt people. That’s not an excuse for the person or persons doing the hurting, just a fact that I always like to point out. I intend to break the generational trauma starting with me.
