About this listen
I’m tired of creative students being thrown into group projects that bring nothing but frustration, uneven workloads, and burnout. In fields like architecture, engineering, fine arts, and BMMA, students should be building real skills yet the system forces major projects to be done in groups, leaving them unprepared to create anything on their own. The incompetence isn’t accidental, it’s partially because of the curriculum. In this episode, I go off on why colleges need to drop group work in creation based courses and start prioritizing individual mastery. If I sound mad, it’s because I am. This system is broken and I’m done pretending it’s not.
