    Gross Commission is a podcast that explores the inner workings of real estate brokerages.  Kevin Cahill and Lisa Cahill, CPA are husband and wife co-founders of REALean Real Estate, a national residential real estate brokerage, headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida.

    Lisa has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1993, and brings a very interesting "outsider" perspective to the financial metrics of residential real estate.  Lisa has been a Realtor since 2012.

    Kevin has been a Realtor since 1999, and has been a managing broker in multiple states since 2009, and is a former executive with the fastest growing real estate franchise brand in the US, and a former executive with the largest single real estate brokerage in the US, and now with REALean Real Estate.

    REALean Real Estate provides concierge-level full service to home sellers while charging LEAN fees.  When REALean Agent work with home sellers, they charge 4%, rather than the typical 6%+ that most brokerages prefer to charge.  And if the REALean agent is the only agent involved in the sale, the fee to the seller is reduced to just 3%, saving home sellers thousands of dollars of their hard-earned home equity.
