  • New Year 2026: Beginning Again After a Narcissistic Relationship
    Jan 5 2026

~ As you move through this week, I invite you to sit with two gentle questions:

What feels safest for me right now — emotionally, mentally, or physically?
And what is one small choice I can make this week that supports my healing?

~ And here’s a thought to carry with you:

You don’t have to be healed to be grateful.
You can be grateful simply for beginning.

Friends — thank you for showing up for yourself and for being part of this community.

As you move through the week ahead, I want to leave you with these words:

Sometimes gratitude looks like this: getting through today, staying present, surviving something that wasn’t easy.

And if that’s all you did — that matters. What a powerful thing you did by simply making it through.

In this episode of Gratitude After the Storm, we reflect on healing after emotionally heavy moments and the importance of showing compassion for yourself.

Remember this ~ Healing isn’t about becoming who you used to be — it’s about becoming someone who feels safe in their own life again.

Real healing happens quietly, in moments of stillness, reflection, and self-kindness.

  • Why Gratitude After the Storm Exists
    Dec 19 2025

Friends — thank you for showing up for yourself and for being part of this community.

As you move through the week ahead, I want to leave you with these words:

Healing isn’t about becoming who you used to be.
It’s about becoming someone who feels safe in their own life again.

This week, create a small moment of stillness and reflect on these questions:

Can you find gratitude for the lessons — not just the people, but the lessons you’ve experienced?
Gratitude for the process of learning, even when it wasn’t easy.

With each lesson comes more knowledge and wisdom.
The lessons themselves may have been painful, but what matters is what you took away from them — how you learned to handle them, and how they helped you grow.

And finally, notice the small wins.
The little steps you’re taking, one thing at a time.
Over time, those small steps begin to add up to something much bigger than you may realize.
