  • My Daily Healing Practices from a Year Ago | Golden Girl Podcast
    Jan 22 2026

In today's episode, I’m sharing a recording from OVER A YEAR AGO (Jan 2025!), which I recorded when I was living in toxic mold. I walk you through the various practices that I was incorporating into my weekly and daily routines to support my health and healing journey.

From optimizing sleep and detoxing my environment to managing my circadian health and supporting my nervous system, I cover it all. Learn about my diet, exercise routines, and the steps I was taking to minimize exposure to toxins. I also share my personal struggles and victories, including managing lipedema and pre-diabetes.

I’m happy to report that many of these habits have now just become part of my natural routine without even trying! And some of these habits I don’t have to focus on so much anymore. A lot can change in a year :) Plus now that I’m not living in mold anymore, my body is much more receptive to these practices.

00:00 Introduction to My Health Journey

03:11 The Importance of Sleep and Circadian Health

    09:06 Detoxing Your Environment
