Shahd is one we'll be checking back in with in the future! Her insights and knowledge aligned beautifully with my own as we covered humanitarianism through consumerism, healing through art and culture, reforming education and so much more.
The theme was very 'zoom in, zoom out" and how it takes balance between the two in order to maintain your sanity when striving to make a difference in the world. A single person can only do so much but there are SO MANY things each one of us can do on a local scale that helps us to build towards a better global future.
We could have easily chatted for another hour or two. I'm excited about her direction in the world and can't wait to see how her story continues to unfold.
