The problem is that expressing all your woes and discontent over and over will only give you more of the same, and that is what most of us do. So, choose not to demoralize yourself or others.

Do not amplify your problems by repeating that same oldstory to everyone. If things are not as you would like, change the story.

Science proves that your words are the roadmap to your life. They lead your mind, body, and environment. What will show up externally is that of which you speak. Therefore, if you affirm confidence, optimism, peace of mind, zest, and love for life, that is what will manifest. Words are more powerful than most people are willing to acknowledge.
