Become a Paid Subscriber: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/girlsamethepodcast/subscribe For the past 18 years I've moved around the country and with each new area I’ve lived in I’ve wanted so badly to find my “tribe” … that group of girlfriends that I could laugh with but also be open and honest without fear of judgment. With my last move I have finally started to build that group of girlfriends and I’ve come to realize so many of us are searching for this connection. Maybe you already have a girl group - here’s an opportunity to expand it! But if you don’t, I hope you find that friendship here, through this girls night podcast every other Monday, with me, your host Brittinie.Brittinie Tran Relationships Social Sciences

  • Why Is Asking for Help So Hard? Let's talk about it!
    Dec 8 2024

Do you find it hard to ask for help? Same.

This episode for all women struggling with admitting they need some help. I talk endlessly of lack of community and support for our generation, but when we have it, do we utilize it?

As someone who has had zero support to having a village rally around her, I think this is an important question to ask ourselves. Admitting we need help is not a failure, but one of our greatest strengths.

Join us for our first girls night back with a bit about where I’ve been, what’s to come and a little encouragement.

Find us at @girlsamethepodcast on all the socials or emails us girlsamethepodcast@gmail.com. I love hearing from you!
