This week, I learned that in real life, bravery can be messy, awkward, and uncomfortable. One night it looked like laughing at a comedy show even though my anxiety told me not to go. Hours later it looked like walking out of a networking event when panic hit me hard. And the very next night, it looked like dragging myself to the ER when my body was screaming for help.

Here’s the truth: bravery isn’t about being fearless. It’s about showing up anyway in the small, ordinary moments that no one claps for.
