What does it mean when you feel like you were born in the wrong body, and how do Brethren priests react when they find out? Jolie, who became a married father with four children, always felt like a woman inside - but it took decades to find her path to being true to who she was, and like so many former members she lost everything when she was withdrawn from. Jolie has no regrets though, and in this inspiring episode she describes how she found her tribe and built a new life as a woman outside the PBCC.Please note: Get A Life offers a non-judgemental place for all leavers to share their stories.
