Bereits mit der Geburt von Heinrich Baur stand fest, dass er den elterlichen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb einmal übernehmen wird. Voller Tatendrang und immer neuen Ideen im Kopf wurde aus der traditionellen Landwirtschaft auf dem Hochstetterhof ein seit 2016 nach Bioland Richtlinien geführter Betrieb mit kleinem Hofladen.
