The Garbage 2 Goddess Podcast takes a deep dive into all the junk that we let block us from achieving that Queen energy that we all desire. This is not an instructional self-help podcast because chances are you know what you need to do to not feel like a piece of garbage. You just might be a little stuck or lacking the motivation to do so. Unfortunately, there is no magic wand or potion to fix this. Garbage 2 Goddess will introduce you to relatable, messy, beautiful women that have taken a crap-filled hand that they were dealt and turned it into diamonds. Ultimately, this podcast will not tell you what you need to do to be a Goddess because the reality is that you already ARE a Goddess, so there’s no need to get into all of that; what this podcast does instead offers different perspectives and experiences -some from others and some from ourselves- for you to use as inspiration or motivation throughout your journey to turning your shit into shine! It’s the reminder that a major part of recognizing the Goddess you are is the acceptance that there is beauty in both the shit and the work to get it all shiny and purdy. Disclaimer; we are not therapists, and most of this shit is based on our opinion. However, we will bring in professionals to guide us when we really are elbow deep in waste.     You have consciously decided to make some big or small changes in your life.  Great!  We are here for it and support you!  However, real change is never easy.  I know, I know.  I am a buzz kill sometimes.

    It’s true, though. The decision to create real change is one thing. The process of being active in real change… that’s something different entirely. And there is no easy way to do it. And it’s not a YOU problem. Our brains are wired based on the need to keep ourselves safe. It’s a hell of a process to get your brain to comprehend that changes aren’t dangerous. They only seem dangerous because they require conscious effort and motive-driven thought. And that takes away from the safety of the normal, and how that enables us to function on autopilot.
