Best Spring Rolls ever:

Ingredients:

  • 50 g chopped onions
  • 100 g thinly sliced​​carrots
  • 100 g thinly sliced​​cabbage
  • 30 g rice noodles (softly soaked and sliced)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • spring roll paper
  • frying oil

Fry onions until translucent. Add the carrots, cabbage and rice vermicelli and stir until cooked. Add soya sauce, salt and pepper - mix well. Let it cool and then roll up the spring rolls. Frying the spring rolls.
