 For the 1st time in Ghana's history, we have food in abundance but no buyers. According to the sector’s leadership, food is so abundant that the real issue now is market access, not production. This comes in response to concerns that galamsey is harming agriculture. The message is simple: despite the destruction happening on the ground, the country’s food system remains productive, but buyers is where the real crisis lies.
