加湿器や冷暖房に関する製品を製造・販売するピーエスグループ。北海道に工場を持ち、敷地内では地球環境に配慮し、間伐材を使用した薪ボイラーを導入するなど、暮らしの快適さと地球の未来のために取り組みを続けています。90年代からは冷房システムにも力を注ぎ、現在では多くの施設でピーエスグループの冷暖房システムが利用されています。今回は、寒さ厳しい北海道でお部屋を効率よくあたためるポイントとともに、採用も担当する後藤さんから、若い世代へ向けた「働くこと」へのメッセージも伺いました。
