About this listen

 Die Thematik "Beurlaubung Beamte" in NRW habe ich für eine Auszeit auch in Erwägung gezogen. Ich recherchierte und fand heraus, dass in NRW die Beurlaubung nur aus familiären Gründen oder aus arbeitspolitischen Gründen genehmigt wird. Deshalb war ich erstaunt, als eine Kollegin aus Hamburg mir berichtete, dass sie über eine Beurlaubung eine Freistellung genehmigt bekommen hatte, obwohl sie keine familiären Gründe angegeben hat.
