In this episode, I talk to Dr Pam Smith who is a GP partner at Davenal House in Worcestershire.  She is an appraiser and a mentor and she works as  a Practitioner Health Clinician for NHS Practitioner Health.  Dr Smith shares her extensive experience of working with doctors with burnout and  helps us to recognise the early signs.
