    As CEO and Founding Partner of Multicultural Perspective in Assessment, Consultation, and Training (MPACT) since 1993, Katurah has developed and facilitated training in diversity, substance abuse, trauma, grief, management development, leadership, and team building. Her work, The ZOLA Experience, was recognized with a United Nations Permanent Record Statement in 2023.
