為什麼在這個時刻，台灣需要一場猛男秀？韓國的「壯男」有著一致的標準，歐美的「型男」也有典型的範本，但台灣的性感卻一直沒有被定義。Muscle High 的出現，不只是娛樂，而是一個文化提問：我們的性感，究竟是什麼模樣？
一邊想著這些問題，但其實在現場真實狀況是，大概到第三首歌我就叫到快沒聲音，整個人缺氧，腦袋滿滿多巴胺，心裡只想著：「幹，這票錢太值得！」說真的，如果每一季都能看一次，我願意為了它拼命賺錢。
這集我直接把幕後推手導演鍾翰，還有現場超可愛的演員小黑，抓來節目爆料。選角的標準到底是什麼? 原來 Peeta 葛格也有參與? 要怎麼思考被物化? 表演時的互動界線該怎麼抓? 幕後團練的小故事，小黑還分享了一些讓自己更有自信與性感的心法。
我覺得這場秀背後不只是荷爾蒙和多巴胺的狂歡，更是一場 台灣在地慾望的實驗，下一次或許可以把宮廟、機車、甚至各種禁忌元素搬上舞台，用最台灣的方式重新定義「性感」。
