 Meet Karen Smith who found her home in the post-production facilities of Soho, resulting in a successful career at The Farm, arguably the UK's foremost post-house, looking after huge TV series such as Britain's Got Talent, X-Factor, Top Gear and many, many more. When budgets changed, client demands got bigger and her passion waned, she decided it was time to do something different. Hear how she went from the edit suite to the classroom of one of the biggest Inner-London schools, and finally found where she belonged.
