Free Agency is in full effect, and the NFL is moving and shaking. The Super Bowl MVP now resides in KC, and Maxx Crosby did have a new home, but the plug was pulled right after we finished recording. The NBA is ramping up for the playoff and history is abound, and the NHL trade deadline came and went as teams make the final push. We also delve into the WBC, and the Australian GP.

We took a brief hiatus while things were slowing down in the Sports world, but we are back in action!!! The NFL season seems like it just ended, and we are already back in it with the Combine, and the deadline for Franchise Tags. The NBA is down to the last 20 games and things are heating up, and the NHL is back after the Olympics and the trade deadline is Friday, and the World Baseball Classic is about to kick off the MLB season!!!!

The Super Bowl has come and gone, and with that, we do the final breakdown of the year. For three quarters, it was a defensive battle, but ultimately the Seahawks stand atop the NFL Champions. Sam Darnold's story has come full circle, and Kenneth Walker III is the MVP, as they get one back over on the Patriots. After we deep dive into the Super Bowl, we run through the remaining headlines before getting into the NBA and NHL, as well as a little bit of the Olympics.
