  • Heritage Hills Brick Wall Committee Recap — April 2026
    May 5 2026

Heritage Hills has miles of beautiful brick walls, and there are a lot of important questions being asked about their future right now.

This episode is a recap of the April 2026 Brick Wall Committee meeting — covering what was discussed, what is still unknown, and why it matters to every homeowner in Heritage Hills.

Topics include who owns our brick walls, what an easement agreement could mean for homeowners, early cost estimates for both repair and replacement, what our service plan says about bond financing, and the unknown answer to how this will be funded.

You can share your thoughts with the Metro District board during its monthly board meeting on the second Friday of every month at 8:15 AM in the clubhouse and via Zoom. Every meeting includes a public comment period right at the top — even if you can only stay a few minutes, you can make your voice heard directly to the board.
