1948 wurde als Antwort auf Auschwitz die Allgemeine Erklärung der Menschenrechte verabschiedet. Sie verpflichtet die Welt auf den Respekt vor der Würde jedes Menschen. Wie steht es heute um diesen Respekt? Was heißt es, einen Menschen zu respektieren? Ist Respekt ein Grundrecht – oder etwas, das man sich erarbeiten muss? Kann man Respekt verwirken? Bedeutet Respekt Nähe und Anerkennung, oder Abstand und Grenzen?
