Après de longs mois d'absence, Tchin-Tchin fait son retour avec Frédéric Hauss, néo vigneron dans le Saumurois.
Après une première vie dans le cinéma comme cadreur, Frédéric décide d’effectuer un virage à 360 degrés et devient donc jeune vigneron à la quarantaine en créant le domaine "Les infiltrés.
Il signe son premier millésime en 2021 et compte bien en concocter de nombreux autres !
Nous parlerons entre autres des raisons l’ayant poussé à devenir vigneron, d’entraide entre vignerons, des bonheurs et difficultés du début d’activité, et de chenin bien sûr!
