Frantic Purpose is live on tiktok for the first time ever, I talk about growing up as a millennial and how we are the last generation to know about life without cellphones or internet. I go on and on about other things as well.

I go on about working for a living since I was 16, and the American grind culture. I talk a bit about the new administration and the auditing of government, and auditing in general. However, I mostly talk about facing the fear, looking inward, and also challenging yourself to be honest with your loved ones.

It is the end of January, and it has been a wild one. I talk about my new song, and how you should go ahead and listen to it. Also, I talk about my upcoming project of recording my Star Wars story as an audio adventure that I'll be posting here on Frantic Purpose. Beyond that just some general life events, and a light encouragement to challenge your day to day routines. I also discuss my January goals, how I was sober for 15 days and what that was like, then my team came in from all over the world so I had to have some drinks with them. It is that time of year, that resolutions you made at the end of year may not be going as well as you'd hoped. In this episode of franticpurpose I talk about negotiating a successful goal with yourself, by using more intentional phrasing. Instead of saying "I will try not door dashing this month" you say "I won't door dash this month". Changing the way you talk about goals with yourself and others, also making your goals and failures known, and more.
