Lots of people tell you how bad, or sucky, or terrible it is going to be. I'm going to tell you it isn't all that bad, and how we've kept it together.

One of the most important things you can do to prepare to become a father, is let the old you die, to make room for a new you to be born.

From the moment you find out, here are my thoughts on the feelings, and generally what you should focus on to sort out the chaos of feelings you may have.

Frantic Purpose is live on tiktok for the first time ever, I talk about growing up as a millennial and how we are the last generation to know about life without cellphones or internet. I go on and on about other things as well.

I go on about working for a living since I was 16, and the American grind culture. I talk a bit about the new administration and the auditing of government, and auditing in general. However, I mostly talk about facing the fear, looking inward, and also challenging yourself to be honest with your loved ones.
